Issue with MySQL connection to Analytics DB through proxy

Resolved

Due to the slow performance of the database proxy, we experienced a lag in processing tracking events from carriers. In order to fix this, the DB proxy has been upgraded to a bigger size.

We expect the data to catch up by end of the business day on 22 December 2022.

The API performance was partially affected but has been restored and resolved now.
