We have upgraded the Confluence Server to the new version which contains the fix for the vulnerability.
You no longer need a VPN connection to access Confluence, and docs.pbs.org is functional again.

There is a new critical vulnerability (CVE-2022-26134) affecting Confluence. It is currently confirmed that all supported versions of Confluence Server and Data Center are affected. Access to the Confluence needs to be restricted to PBS internal network only.

As we use Confluence to serve https://docs.pbs.org it will currently be unavailable to outside users.

This is only temporary, a fixed version of Confluence should be released in the following days.
