Investigating
Acronis, our 3rd party vendor, has alerted us of an issue as with the Acronis Backup Cloud datacenter being degraded. The Acronis Cloud team is working on the issue resolution. At this point in time service impact is limited to the potential to be unable to reach Acronis Backup Gateway and C2C. Affecting backup and/or restore operations and C2C.
