All alerts between 3:50 pm CT on January 13, 2022 and 6:40pm CT on January 14, 2022 have now been reprocessed. Again, we recommend that customers review all newly generated alerts for this time period.

On January 13, 2022 at 3:50pm CT, an update was made to your Incydr alerts feature that may have resulted in some alerts not triggering as expected. This update was rolled back as of 6:40pm CT on January 14, 2022; all alerts are now functioning properly.

To ensure no critical events were missed, Code42 will reprocess data from the time period identified above. This may result in: (1) a second notification for some alerts; (2) an increased number of alerts being triggered; and (3) the inclusion of additional details for alerts you did receive during this time period.

We expect all alerts to be appropriately triggered within the next 48 hours. New versions of all alerts generated between 3:50 pm CT on January 13, 2022 and 6:40pm CT on January 14, 2022 will be created beginning the evening of January 14, 2022. We recommend that you review all newly generated alerts.
