Intermittent Issues Logging into DonorPerfect

We experienced a major outage with one of our production database servers that affected access to DonorPerfect for some of our customers.  The outage called for a complete rebuild and restoration of the server.  The engineering staff was able to complete those steps and test the system prior to being placed back into production.  The outage was approximately 5 hours in total.
