Update
We are pleased to report that we are seeing improvements in the network. However, we are still experiencing periodical instability in our service. Our IMSI sponsor is working diligently to get the service back to pre-incident levels. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issue. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are currently experiencing an outage affecting SIM cards deployed in Singapore, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Finland, and New Zealand. Existing data sessions or deployed SIM cards in other countries are not affected.
Customers may be experiencing difficulty connecting to the internet. Our partner operator is working to implement a fix as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide updates as more information becomes available
