Zoom Phone US customers with numbers in New Orleans, LA area may be unable to receive inbound calls due to underlying carrier issues. Outbound calls and all other services are not impacted at this time. Zoom Operation teams are continuing to work with the underlying carrier and will provide the next update as soon as a significant change in status occurs. If you are experiencing other issues, please contact Zoom support.
