Update
We have identified a small number of calls that are not displaying on the website and are working on a solution. All calls were routed correctly, but we're investigating reporting.

Monitoring
During a period from 10:15am to 11:15am call statuses were likely to be inaccurate. This issue has been fixed. However, some existing call data from that time may continue to be inaccurate while our team investigates.
