ProPay was able to reroute traffic to mitigate further timeout issues. Timeouts have subsided and processing has returned to normal.

ProPay is aware of an issue that is preventing a small number of transactions from being processed. They have identified the cause is an issue with a third party application used for validation. The third party is working to implement a fix. As soon as additional information is known, we will let you know.
