At this time Ecwid admin panel can again be accessed via the plugin for Weebly.

We are monitoring the situation and will provide further updates.

IMPORTANT: If you are not a Weebly sitebuilder user, you are not affected by this incident.

Currently Weebly is experiencing technical issues with their API and apps like Ecwid are affected. As a result of this, our merchants are unable to access their admin panels via the Ecwid plugin for Weebly.

At the same time it is important to note, that your Ecwid storefront on Weebly is not affected — it is loading fine and your customers can access it. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact.

You will be able to access your admin panel via the Ecwid plugin for Weebly again, once the issue is fixed. We will post updates here every hour.

In the meantime, you can go to https://my.ecwid.com and log in to your store there. You will be able to manage your settings and orders as usual there.
