Investigating
CenturyLink is currently experiencing a nationwide service disruption. Although Nextiva does not utilize the affected services, many of our customer’s Internet Service Providers do. As a result, you may have difficulty reaching Nextiva portals and services. CenturyLink is well aware of the issue and providing updates via their Twitter account. Nextiva is monitoring the situation as well as taking as much action as possible to lessen the impact on customers.

This incident affected: Nextiva Analytics, Nextiva App, Nextiva Call Center, Nextiva Chat, Nextiva CRM, Nextiva Office, Nextiva SIP Trunking, Nextiva Surveys, and Nextiva vFAX.
