Administrators have advised that Microsoft has resolved the impact. If you are still having problems uploading a video please restart the processing by deleting the file that is stuck and re-uploading it. If that does not resolve the impact, please submit a ticket to the Technology Support Center.

Performance for the Office 365 Video Portal continues to function in a degraded state. Microsoft has indicated they are continually working to resolve the issue.

Processing of uploaded videos to the Microsoft Office 365 Video portal is taking longer than expected. Administrators are working with Microsoft to help resolve the issue. Other Microsoft Office 365 Cloud customers are also impacted.
