View Bill Page is blank on mobile clients.
Incident Report for Confluence
Resolved
Between 06:48 UTC to 23:06 UTC, some mobile customers experienced difficulty in viewing their bill overview for Confluence, Jira Core, Jira Service Desk, and Jira Software. The root cause was an upgraded navigation experience in the Atlassian Cloud Admin view that caused an incompatibility with a component in the billing system. We have deployed a fix to mitigate the issue and have verified that the services have recovered. The conditions that cause the bug have been addressed and we're actively working on a permanent fix. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Update
We continue to work on resolving the blank View Billing Overview page on Confluence, Jira Core, Jira Service Desk, and Jira Software. The team is still working to try and resolve full functionality, however the page is still broken for some mobile clients. If you are affected by this problem, you can view your billing overview by using a desktop browser.

Investigating
We are investigating reports of intermittent errors for clients using mobile browsers viewing their bill for Confluence, Jira Core, Jira Service Desk, and Jira Software Cloud customers. The view bill functionality is working in desktop browsers. We will provide more details once we identify the root cause.
