This incident has been resolved. The intermittent errors were caused by a configuration in the infrastructure and this has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

There has been some further interruption to service this morning with intermittent service for some of our UK govService customers. We continue to investigate this issue with the utmost urgency.

Service has been restored to normal. We have identified a specific issue on the platform and continue to monitor closely. It is possible that further interruptions to service occur today, please do not raise any further cases with our service desk. We are aware of the issue.

Product: UK GovService

We're currently investigating an issue on our platform which is affecting a number of our UK customers. The symptoms include a 504 error and general lack of service from our web platform. We're investigating this as a matter of urgency and will post an update as soon as possible.
