Investigating
An issue was reported this morning where an unexpected error is received each time you attempt to search for a customer using the search bar at the top of the site. The issue appears to be only occurring for users who are not on the new R4 UI. Our Engineering team is already aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix.

As a recommended workaround, users can still access their customer's Account Detail by navigating to "My Accounts" then selecting a customer's name then clicking "Account Detail."

Please reach out to support@anytimecollect.com or reach out via the support chat bubble if you are encountering this issue. We will notify as soon as the fix has gone live.
