Our third-party payment processor resolved the issue causing elevated error rates in the API as of 1:06 am ET on September 18th.

These errors caused 132 donation errors between 8:40 pm ET and 10:28 pm ET on Thursday, September 17th.

Our third-party payment provider is seeing elevated error rates and response times in the API. and working towards a resolution.

Between 8:30 and 9:15 this impacted 123 donations. Since 9:15 we have not seen any donation errors.

We're continuing to monitor our systems and the status of a fix.
