The issue of creating video rooms via API has been resolved. Video Rooms via API is operating normally at this time.

Video Rooms via API is now operating normally. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We'll provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
Update
A subset of customers might continue receiving 53113 - “Room exists” error when creating video rooms via API, if rooms with the same name were previously created. As a workaround, customers can create rooms with different names. Our engineers implemented temporary measures to make this issue less frequent until a permanent solution is created. We will provide another update in 72 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
