We have resolved the issue with the response times of test runs returning for the affected users and the Performance tab button is now working as expected.

Investigating
We are seeing loading issues when accessing the Functional tab in BlazeMeter as well as issues with moving back to the Performance tab from the Functional tab. Creating and running tests are still working. We are currently investigating this issue and will provide an update by 06:10 PST.
