The issue the was causing some users from being able to login to their QuickBooks Online accounts has been resolved. We apologize for the interruption in service and thank you for your patience as we worked to get everything back up and running.

A fix has been implemented and users should now be able to login to their QuickBooks Online accounts. We are monitoring to ensure that their are no additional issues. We’ll continue to share updates as soon as we learn more.

We have identified what is causing some users from from being able to login into their QuickBooks Online accounts and We are actively fixing the issue. Some users are now reporting they can now login. We’ll continue to share updates as soon as we learn more. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get everything up and running soon!
