Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has taken corrective action to resolved this issue. We recommend to please activate the agents and you should not see any issue of agents not activated for VM/PC/SCA modules. We appreciate your patience and we regret the inconvenience caused here.

Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is currently investigating an issue that agent activation is not functioning for VM/PC/SCA module. Users will experience that the agents are failing to activate for these modules. Further updates will be shared as they become available.
