We just got an update from the 3rd party payment service that the incident is resolved on their end. The incident started at 2020-09-18 19:31 CEST and was resolved at 2020-09-19 16:30 CEST. We are only seeing successful subscription purchases from the last 30 minutes, so this issue seems resolved.

Investigating

Our 3rd party payment service (Payex) are having issues right now, and this makes it impossible for some users to sign up to use the service. We are awaiting more information from Payex
