Resolved
The issue where some GMail users were receiving an error that Yesware could not connect to their inbox has been resolved. If you continue to receive that error, please take the steps below and do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@yesware.com if there are any questions.

**In Chrome**
1) Open a new tab and enter chrome://extensions into the address bar.
2) Find Yesware on the list and click the trash can next to it.
3) Refresh Gmail.
4) Visit www.yesware.com/install to reinstall for Gmail.

Yesware has identified and resolved the issue some GMail users were experiencing where Yesware could not connect to their inbox. If you continue to receive that error, please take the steps below which should resolve.

Investigating
Many Yesware GMail users are reporting that they are receiving an error that Yesware is unable to connect to their inbox. Yesware is currently investigating with the highest priority and updates will be provided as they become available.
