They've deployed a fix and our team is continuing to monitor the situation as extractions resume normal functionality.

Investigating

Users are reporting an error from Facebook Ads during authentication processes that indicate the source ad account cannot be located, which is preventing extraction from occurring.

Our engineering team is investigating this behavior.
