Monitoring
Hologram Engineering has implemented a fix and Hologram's e-commerce platform is operating normally.

At this time customers are able to place new orders for SIM cards and products through the store.hologram.io site.

We will continue to monitor the status of the store for any changes and post updates here.

Update
Hologram Engineering is investigating an outage of our online web store. At this time customers may not be able to place new orders for SIM cards and Hologram Nova modems through the store.hologram.io platform.

This outage is not affecting cellular network service, Hologram Dashboard/API, or our main hologram.io website.

We'll provide status updates here as we work to restore our e-commerce site.
