Update
The issue with the delayed and missing Push notifications has been identified, services have been restored and messages from the backlog are now being delivered. New messages may continue to be delayed until the backlog delivery is completed, which is expected within 40 minutes.

Beginning at 13:44 UTC, Push notification messages for some customers in our US West PoP may have experienced missed or delayed push messages.
