We've finished processing all delayed feed items and transactions.

A very small number of customers are still seeing incorrect Pot balances. But don't worry: the money in your Pot isn't missing. We're working hard to fix this.

We're still keeping an eye on the issue and we'll provide updates when we know more.

Transactions made during the outage may take some time to show in your feed. If things still don't look right, please hold tight as we are working hard to fix this as soon as possible.

We've identified the cause of the current issues and hope to fix them within the hour.

There is currently a problem that is causing some card transactions to fail, or the Monzo app to display incomplete or old information. If affected, you may also be unable to login or receive bank transfers.
