Administrators continue to investigate the issue impacting some users attempting to access TMA Billing Reports from off-campus. Impacted users may attempt the following workarounds:
• Remote-Desktop to an on-campus computer and access the report site from there. • Change the VPN User Group on login to one that does allow access.

Some users may be unable to access TMA billing reports hosted on reporting.ilstu.edu/reports from off-campus locations using the VPN. Administrators are aware and are investigating the issue.
