Update

Microsoft enigneers have rolled out a platform hotfix. They have confirmed customers are starting to see signs of recovery. We are continuing to monitor.

Monitoring

A subset of customers using storage in the Azure Region West Europe may experience issues with services that are dependent of storage.

Engineers of Microsoft are rolling the fix and are monitoring the service healt to see if it is successful for all customers.
