Risk Score Issue

Incident Report for KnowBe4

Resolved

At 1:30am ET we identified an issue with the Risk Scores on some accounts being artificially high. The issue has been corrected on EU KMSAT (10:25am ET) and US KMSAT (12:34pm ET). The root cause for this has been identified and addressed.
