On October 6th at 12:47 PM PST, a security enhancement was added to Pantheon API servers that was incompatible with Terminus. Pantheon identified a disruption in some Terminus commands and rolled back the change by 1:55 PM PST. To avoid similar incidents, we are investigating more tightly incorporating Terminus into pre-production testing strategies. We have scheduled work to more closely monitor error rates generated by Terminus clients so that disruptions are identified faster in future.
