Zuora has confirmed that their service has stabilized and issues are now resolved. We confirm that all the impacted facets of our application are now fully operational.

Issue: Our third party billing and subscription provider, Zuora, is having production issues right now.

Impact:
The following facets of our application are affected due to timeouts from Zuora’s API:
- New user account registration/signup
- New billing account creation
- Subscription creation
- Subscription upgrades and cancellations

Next steps: We have reached out to Zuora support, they’re aware, and we are actively monitoring the issue with them. We'll update here once we receive more updates from them.
