The fix has been implemented and the root cause has been resolved. We expect the system to remain available across the evening. However, when using the application some slowness might be experienced during the coming 1,5 hours.

We again apologize for the issues that the unavailability and slowness of the system have caused.

Monitoring
Unfortunately the system was briefly unavailable. We immediately became aware of the issue and have implemented a fix. The system will process all made requests now. As a consequence we expect it will remain slow for some time.
