Identified
The issue is related with our main TLC interconnecion, so we forced balancing on our other carriers, so we expect that the impact for customers should be very very small at the moment.
Anyway our main carrier has identified the issue's root cause and it's working to fix it as soon as possible.

Update
Network issues, outside our infrastructure, are still causing intermittent problems to some customers. We are waiting for an ETA for resolution
