At approximately 11 PM EST last night, the Azure services returned to normal functionality. All worker role related services for Anytime Collect should be fully operational. Please reach out to support @anytimecollect.com if you notice any issues today regarding mail retrieval, advanced alerts, exporting, and/or mail processing.

Investigating
Our Engineering team has identified an issue with Microsoft Azure services that may affect performance of the Anytime Collect Worker Role process. This may cause a delay in any process that utilizes the process, such as: mail retrieval, advanced alerts, exporting, and mail processing. Our team is currently attempting to work with Microsoft on a resolution. Please reach out to support@anytimecollect.com if you notice any issues performance issues related to the worker role.
