We are glad to inform you that the issue has been fixed. All the data (products, orders, your store settings, etc) are safe and intact. The Ecwid stores continue functioning as usual. We are deeply sorry for the bad experience. We’ll do better.

We are having issues with the Stripe payment gateway: in case merchants disconnected their Stripe account, they can't connect it back. Also, customers can't pay the order via the Stripe. Customers can see the following error: "Sorry, this payment method is temporarily unavailable. Please, choose another payment method." We are working to get it up and running.

All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. Stripe will be operative once the issue is fixed.

In the meantime, you can do the following as a workaround:

1. If you have other payment methods enabled in your store, your store continues working as usual, customers can pay for the orders via those payment methods. So you can just wait until a fix is released.
2. You can send PayPal invoices to the customers:

2.1 Add a manual (offline) payment method ( Instructions ) , named e.g. “PayPal Invoice”.
2.2 Once you receive an order, you can email the customer and attach a PayPal invoice. Instruction on how to send PaPal invoices: https://www.paypal.com/si/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-request-a-payment-or-send-an-invoice-through-paypal-faq2155
