All applications are operational. We are continuing to monitor the platform's performance.

Monitoring
Between 2:17 pm to 3:00 pm Central time, the DialogTech platform was operating at a diminished capacity. This impacted call processing, APIs, and our UI. The issue has been identified and the platform has stabilized. We are continuing to monitor the platform’s performance.
