Due to continued partner and customer growth, BluIP INC is upgrading our network footprint! We have invested in substantial network upgrades to our Chicago Proxies to better service you and your customers moving forward. Upgrades like these allow us to continue offering stable and reliable service as well as support new emerging cloud technologies as the industry evolves.

On January 15-16th, 2019 BluIP will be upgrading the legacy SBCs located in our Chicago Core. *** THIS WILL BE A SERVICE AFFECTING MAINTENANCE***.

BluIP Partners/Customers with users on these legacy SBCs have been notified directly with instructions to migrate to the new SBCs in this market. Users migrated in this manner to WILL NOT be affected by this maintenance. If you DID NOT receive this notification, you do not have users associated with this SBC and will not be affected.

All REMAINING users pointed to these legacy SBCs will intermittently experience service interruptions for approximately 1-2 hours. Completed maintenance is expected to last approximately 6 hours.
