Docs site connection errors

Sorry for the disruption today, folks! Based on what we know so far, all Docs sites were down for a period of 16 minutes, between 2:36-2:51pm UTC. We've identified the root cause of the problem and our Ops team will work to mediate it moving forward. All systems are back to normal now and no other components were effected during this time.
