LeadSquared uses Cloudflare for its WAF (web application firewall) to protect against attacks and improve security. To access LeadSquared applications and APIs, the traffic is routed through Cloudflare WAF.

There was a 27 minute outage of Cloudflare services that caused LeadSquared users in North America to lose access to LeadSquared for the same period. Here is a detailed incident report from Cloudflare https://blog.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-outage-on-july-17-2020/

We are working internally to limit the impact of such incidents to less than 10 minutes by taking alternate traffic routes.
