We now understand that the issue affected only our synthetic gateway used for end to end monitoring, and not the Beams service itself.

There was no customer impact.

Our up-time monitoring tests for Beams experienced intermittent networking issues between 18:45 and 19:05 UTC. From our internal metrics, we do not believe that there has been significant customer impact, but we are looking further in to the situation.
