Monitoring
The issues with our database layer were resolved approximately one hour ago. Once resolved we were still experiencing some latent issues with call routing which has now been resolved. We will continue to monitor for the next couple hours to ensure everything continues to operate normally.

We are noticing an increase in the error rate in the database layer of our application which is leading to some issues with our portal application. This is also causing connection issues in our Voice and Video platforms as well as longer then normal hold times. We are working with our database vendor to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
