Microsoft is investigating a reported issue that is impacting access to shared mailboxes via Outlook on the web. Users may be unable to access shared mailboxes in Outlook on the web. Users will receive an error message that states: "The custom error module does not recognize this error."
Technicians are investigating the issue.
