Update
Server Backup services such as Backups, Restores, and Replication, as well as access to portal.evault.com, have been partially restored - although intermittent service is still possible until the incident is permanently resolved. We are working to restore full service as soon as possible.

We are currently experiencing a service outage which may impact all of your Server Backup services, such as backups, restores, and replication in the US West Region, including access to portal.evault.com.
