Update
We identified a kernel bug which was intermittently preventing new processes from being executed on the hypervisor and within customer VPS's, while existing processes were able to continue to operate. This kernel-bug has now been patched.

All VM's are back online. We have a number of systems administrators conducting further investigations into the cause of the issue now.
