On July 17, 2020 at 9:20 PM UTC our engineers identified an issue with data loss for customer’s who use Cloudflare services.

What happened?

Customers who use Cloudflare services may have experienced failed requests and errors on their site, at which time, data was not being passed to Hotjar.

Why did this issue occur?

Customers using Cloudflare services in certain regions were impacted as requests may have failed and/or errors may have been displayed. For more information, check out their status page: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/.
