The Blackboard courses are view-able again in My Ohio. The services that connect Blackboard to My Ohio were restarted due to a connection issue to Blackboard.
Update
A possible fix has been applied, and we are waiting for verification that the Blackboard section is working again.

We are receiving reports that the Blackboard section within My Ohio is not working properly. This may make it appear that Blackboard is unavailable if you are attempting to access Blackboard through My Ohio. Blackboard is up and working properly and can be accessed by going to https://blackboard.ohio.edu.
Technicians are investigating the issue.
