Service has been restored. See below for details regarding the cause of this outage:

The degraded performance was related to the way the app stores advisor notes. Advisor notes are a relatively new feature, and until this week there hadn't been enough use of that feature to trigger the bug. We've updated the app to fix this problem, so it should not return. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Faculty & Advising Center - We have identified a fix and are working with our colleagues in the Registrar's office to test that fix. If all goes well with testing, the fix could be applied as soon as this evening.

Degraded performance: We are receiving reports that the Advisee List feature is slow for some users. Apply a filter or refining a search is reported as taking 30 seconds or longer to complete.
Technicians are investigating the issue.
