Monitoring
A fix has been implemented but issues might arise again randomly. You can now connect new integrations, sync/export to current integrations, export reports to custom templates, and submit/approve reports with custom approval flows with intermittent success.
We are monitoring the logs and continuing to improve performance. As we make progress to a final fix, we will keep this status updated.

This issue is affecting all integrations like QB Online, NetSuite, as well as custom export options and custom report approval processes. The team is close to identifying a fix and we'll update this status as soon as possible.

Investigating
We're currently investigating issues relating to blank loading screens when making an initial connection to QuickBooks Online as well as failed or hanging syncs/exports to current QuickBooks Online connections. In the meantime, there are no known workarounds.
As soon as there is progress or resolution, we'll update this status again.
