A recent Office 365 update may impact the functionality of Calendly's Outlook plug-in, Microsoft has issued a solution for this issue. If you are experiencing failures with the Outlook plugin, please upgrade to the latest version of Office by following these steps:

1. From Microsoft Outlook's File menu, select Office Account.
2. In the Office Updates section, select Update Options, then select Update Now.
3. Let the update run, then reboot your PC.

An Office 365 Update has introduced a problem in Windows MAPI. This may impact the functionality of the Calendly Desktop Plugin for some users. The following steps may restore functionality of the plugin:

1. Open Calendly Desktop Plugin
2. Press Ctrl + Shift + U.
3. Check “Disable Mapis” option.
4. Click “Ok”

We are monitoring for a resolution from Microsoft.
