The root cause of the issue has been identified and a fix has been deployed. Customers can now log in to their MyAccount as normal.

We wish to advise that we are currently investigating an issue preventing some of our customers from accessing their MyAccount.
There does not appear to be any disruption to services themselves at this time.
Updates will be provided as they become available.
